Jonas Duarte

Founder | Mentor

Specialising in human development, Jonas graduated in Team Building from Harvard University and MIT in Negotiation for Executives. He ‘trains the trainer’ and is a Master trainer in NLP, certified in Coaching by the ICC (England) and a Master Trainer of Organizational Culture by the Barret Values Centre. Jonas is an expert in leadership training and has presented to thousands of people in Brazil and around the world.

For 17 years, he worked as an executive in financial markets and was Private Bank Director at institutions such as Bank Boston, BCN, Safra, Banco Pine, Grupo Sul America and Banco Daycoval. He was managing partner of Crescimentum from 2015 to 2019 and creator of the Financial Freedom course. In June 2019, Jonas founded Warana (Brazil) and set out to focus his training and consulting expertise within a select group of entrepreneurs and companies.

Fabio Paulucci

Founder | Mentor

An entrepreneur with more than 18 years’ experience in business management and leadership roles across Brazil and Australia. He graduated in business management and has successfully managed large teams of more than 50 staff. Fabio has created and operated 5 businesses across a variety of market sectors including an international student agency, entertainment hire services, a jewellery brand, a consulting business and a tiny house manufacturing business.

Fabio is the founder and current owner of Aussie Tiny Houses, the largest tiny house manufacturer in Australia, and is a founding partner at Warana Consulting and Warana Institute.

Leadership development, coaching and mentoring are his passions and expertise. His purpose in life is to add value to anyone that he comes in contact with and help them unlock their true potential to thrive in life.

Giuliana Roeffero

Expert in Human Development | Leadership | Women in Business Mentorship

Giuliana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human development and leadership. She holds certifications in Integrative Coaching from the Integrated Coaching Institute (ICI) and in Management and Leadership from the Amana-Key Institute.

With a robust background of over a decade in the corporate sector, she has consistently demonstrated her leadership capabilities, particularly within commercial teams.


In 2019, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, continuing to guide and mentor individuals aspiring to transform their lives through the creation of new ventures. Over the past four years, she has successfully supported more than 500 entrepreneurial projects.

In addition to her mentorship roles, she leads the business unit at Warana CO, where she focuses on developing tailored solutions for companies aiming to enhance their leadership capabilities and achieve superior results.

Georgia Bartolo

Human Rights Lawyer | DE&I Specialist

Founder of Warana Training and Consulting. Specialist in leadership development for various hierarchical levels, such as presidents, directors, managers, and young talents. Columnist for the newspaper O Globo. Authority on DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) topics, in which she has been active since 2006. She has expertise in creating, mentorship, and technical supervision of corporate and social projects for senior Leadership at Klabin, Nike Foundation, Unilever, Aussie Tiny House, Banco do Brasil, Thales/Gemalto, Grupo Scheffer, Sebrae/MT, among others.

Georgia has served as president and is on the board of YWCA Brazil, a consultative body of UN Women affiliated with the world’s most significant and oldest women’s organization, present in over 100 countries. She holds a Master’s in Leadership and is a Trainer from Crescimentum University. Bartolo is the Founder of Warana Training and Consulting and specializes in leadership development for various hierarchical levels, such as presidents, directors, managers, and young talents. She is also a columnist for the newspaper O Globo and has been an authority on DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) topics since 2006.
